WARM UP (Bronze)

Remember, before we do any exercise we must begin with a warm up.

So, our warmup will begin with :-

Now you should start jogging for about 30 seconds...

Moving on to Burpees - First watch complete ones that you are going to learn how to do

We will begin with building up squat jumps and squat thrusts.
Week 1 do 6 of each
Week 2 do 7 of each
Week 3 do 8 of each
Week 4 do 9 of each and
Weeks 5 & 6 do 10 of each.

Do the squat jumps, arms by your sides. Watch here

and then squat thrusts!
