Practice each element 3 times carefully and slowly and do check out positions in a mirror.

1.1.1. Tuck shape

Learn shape - Hands grabbing shins, elbows in chin over knee, bum by heel of foot & squeeze.

1.1.2. Pike shape

Fit'r kids Diving B1 W1

Learn this shape - Sit legs together. Arms by sides. Legs straight toes pointed.

 

1.1.3. Lying on front

Fit'r kids Diving B1 W1

Learn shape - Body tight. Arms down by sides - legs together & straight. Toes pointed.

 

1.1.4. Lying on back

Fit'r kids Diving B1 W1

Learn shape - Hands on thighs - body & legs tight, toes pointed.

 

1.1.5. Standing Straight

Learn shape - Stand up straight. Legs together, arms tight by sides.

1.1.6. Hand Grab

Learn position - watch and practice to get into correct position.
