We can get on with our workout today:-

Practice each element 3 times carefully and slowly and do check out positions in a mirror.

1.5.1. Squat Down, Chin in, Round Back, Grab Shins

Fit'r kids Diving B1 W5

Learn shape - Legs and feet together. Tuck chin into knees, round back.

1.5.2. Sitting Pike Fold

Fit'r kids Diving B1 W5

Learn this shape - Sit upright, arms up, reach over to fold. Legs tight together. Toes pointed.

 

1.5.3. Lying on front, Grab Hands, Lift Legs

Fit'r kids Diving B1 W5

Learn shape - Body tight. Lift arms to above head and grab hands - legs together & straight. Lift legs off floor.

 

1.5.4. Lying on back, Grab Hands & Look at them

Fit'r kids Diving B1 W5

Learn shape - Lie on back, arms to side in T shape then lift them to grab hands. Look up at hands. Body & legs tight, toes pointed.

1.5.5. Standing Straight, Grab Hands & Straight Jump

Learn shape - Stand up straight. Legs together, Grab hands above head, bend knees and straight jump, keeping tight.
