Practice each element 3 times carefully and slowly and do check out positions in a mirror.
1.4.1. Squat Down, Chin in, Round Back, High on Toes
Learn shape - Legs and feet together. Tuck chin into knees, round back and lift up high on toes.
Learn this shape - Stand straight then fold to hold legs. Legs tight together.
1.4.3. Lying on front, Grab Hands & Lift Arms & Feet
Learn shape - Body tight. Lift arms to above head and grab hands - lift arms & legs together & straight.
1.4.4. Lying on back, Arms in T to top, Grab Hands
Learn shape - Lie on back, arms to side in T shape - lift to top and grab hands. Body & legs tight, toes pointed.
1.4.5. Straight Jump Arms by Side
Learn shape - Stand up straight. Bend legs and straight jump, arms tight by sides.
