Practice each element 3 times carefully and slowly and do check out positions in a mirror.
1.3.1. Squat Down, Chin in, Round Back
Learn shape - Legs and feet together. Tuck chin into knees, round back.
Learn this shape - Lie on back, lift legs tightly over face. Legs tight together. Grab arms around legs. Toes pointed.
1.3.3. Lying on front, Grab Arms & Lift
Learn shape - Body tight. Lift arms to above head and grab hands - legs together & straight. Lift arms off floor.
1.3.4. Lying on back, Arms in T
Learn shape - Lie on back, arms to side in T shape - body & legs tight, toes pointed.
1.3.5. Standing Straight Lifting Arms From T to Top Grab
Learn shape - Stand up straight. Legs together, arms in T shape - lift them tightly to top grab position.
