Remember, before we do any exercise we must begin with a warm up.

So, our warmup will begin with :-
Week 1 do 6 of each
Week 2 do 7 of each
Week 3 do 8 of each
Week 4 do 9 of each and
Weeks 5 & 6 do 10 of each.
